All shareholders are cordially invited to attend our Annual Meeting of the Shareholders of CyberDefender Corporation to be held at 3:00 p.m. Pacific time, on May 24, 2010 at the Sheraton Hotel, 711 S. Hope Street, Malibu Room, Los Angeles, CA 90017.

CyberDefender will host a conference call to discuss fourth quarter ended March 31, 2010 results today, Thursday, May 13, 2010 at 1:30 pm PT/4:30 pm ET.
To access the live conference call, dial (877) 407-9210 and give the company name, “CyberDefender.” Participants are asked to call the assigned number approximately 10 minutes before the conference call begins. A telephone replay will also be available for one week beginning two hours after the completion of the live call, and can be accessed by dialing (877) 660-6853 or 201-612-7415 for international callers and entering access# 286 and conference ID# 350437 when prompted.

CeBIT is the world's largest trade fair showcasing digital IT and telecommunications solutions for home and work environments. Management will be in attendance and will be holding scheduled meetings during the event.
The ICR XChange (ICR) is one of the preeminent investor conferences in the consumer sector and is slated to feature presentations by approximately 175 leading public and private companies from several key growth industries. The conference is attended by approximately 900 institutional investors, sell-side research analysts, investment bankers, private equity, and media.
CyberDefender will present to investors at 4:00 PM on December 3, 2009 and management will be holding 1-on-1 investor meetings throughout the day.
